USER SUBMISSION AGREEMENT

This Website Submission & Email Disclaimer and User Submission Agreement (“Agreement”) governs all information, files, photographs, logos, graphics, messages, emails, documents, and other materials submitted to RockinBoxTech.com (“Website”), whether by email or any other method.
By submitting any information to RockinBoxTech.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.

You understand and agree that approved submissions may become publicly available.

Rockin Box Tech cannot control how third parties copy, archive, index, or redistribute publicly available information.

9. No Verification Obligation

· verify ownership;
· confirm licenses;
· authenticate identities;
· review legality.
Publication does not imply verification or endorsement.
10. No Endorsement
Publication of any business listing does not constitute:

11. Third-Party Disputes

12. Removal Requests

13. Limitation of Liability

WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED, IT SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
14. Indemnification

15. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
16. Venue
Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Texas.
17. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
This Agreement supplements and should be read together with the RockinBoxTech.com Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict, the Terms and Conditions control unless applicable law requires otherwise.
19. Modifications
Rockin Box Tech reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time.
Changes become effective immediately upon publication on RockinBoxTech.com.
Continued submission of information after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
